GST REGISTRATION / FILING OF GST

GST Registration becomes mandatory when a company’s taxable turnovers for the past 4 quarters (regardless of FY) surpasses S$1 Million OR if you are producing or intending to produce taxable supplies and can reasonable expect your company’s turnover for the next 12 months to exceed S$1 Million.

Companies can also opt to voluntarily register GST if you have rationale reason that the company did incur more taxable purchase than sales. What we need from you?
  • An updated ACRA business profile
  • 3 Copies of suppliers’ invoices
  • 3 Copies of Sales Invoice
  • Tenancy agreement
  • A copy of the latest Profit & Loss, including reports & notes to accounts (need to be audited) or recent 2 months of detailed Sales & Purchase Listing, if business is less than 2 years

Once we have received the required documents by email, a review would be done before proceeding to the application.

Once GST registered, you can engage our GST filing services which computation and preparation of GST report will be done. It’s based on the filing period of your company such as quarterly or half yearly.
